Reseal-it offers you a a broad line of products which can all be tailor fit to your specific needs, resulting in a better experience for you, the customer. We offer both in-line and off-line units.

In-line means that the film is fed directly into the machine after beeing labeled and cut. While off-line means that you label and cut the film as usual and then you roll it up on a reel which can afterwards be placed in the main production unit. This is an excellent method to use when space around the machine is a comodity in limited supply. Offline units can also be made to go faster than the in-line machines as they are limited by the speed of the production line. This enables a single offline unit to supply more than one production line.

Our units can be both retro-fitted on existing production lines or integrated on new installations.

Two major systems that we support are Thermo forming and Flow wrap.

Kiss Cut

Reseal-its utilizes a servo driven rotary cutting technique called Kiss-cut. This technique peforms much better than the regular technique where the film must be stopped for cutting. Our Kiss-cut delivers up to 450 packs per minute, making it ideal for fast-paced packaging or offline installations. Would you like to know more?
