Specifications of our standard setups

This year we have unveiled a new lineup of 100% servo-driven solutions for the flow-wrappers. Because of the technological upgrades, these outperform the old lineup across the board. There are currently two models, a reel to reel model for reel-production and an in-line model.

Reel to Reel

Not enough room to install an in-line option? Or do you want to use a modular approach? Then the Reseal-it(tm) Reel to Reel solution is just what you need!

Both the labeler and the rotary Kiss-cut roller are servo driven. This gives us greater control of the label application which enables us to run at higher speeds while maintaining the same exact label and cut positions.

This high-speed advantage means that a single reel to reel unit can supply several packaging machines with pre-cut and pre-labeled film.

In-line solution

If continuous production with minimal stops is the order of the day, then the in-line solution is just the thing for you! Sporting an identical servo-driven system as the reel to reel unit, the in-line unit is mounted on top of the flow-wrapper. The film is fed from the flow-wrapper up into the reseal-it(tm) unit where it is labeled and cut before beeing led back down into the flow-wrapper again.
